Guarantee
Our guarantee is for 7 days from the date of delivery to you, and covers replacement in the unlikely case of a breakage occurring during delivery, but it does not include breakages due to lack of care on your behalf. It also includes cover for any defects that may have not been detected during our final inspection process prior to dispatching.
You may return them for refund/replacement to us, returning the glasses together with the case, protective bag and cleaning cloth. However prior to sending them you must first email us and advise your intended action at returns@eurekaoptical.com , and then you need to advise us your tracking number, and quote an acceptance code obtained from our Customer Service Team.
After you have emailed us, we will be happy to either exchange the goods or offer you a full refund once we have established your reason for return. We do not refund shipping and handling costs. |
